給外籍人士的信息服務熱綫給我的一些“啓發”
今天電話採訪了一個針對外國人的信息服務熱綫的主管。這個人說該單位聘用的接綫員或座員都是受過比較正規的嚴格的外語和服務訓練而且都是應屆畢業 生。但是最驚人的一句話是他對我問他爲什麽非要雇用應屆畢業生的回答:因爲工作壓力比較大,反應速度,記性,口音的改進,這都是年輕人比較能勝任,於是, 他們從22-25嵗時他們的黃金年齡段,而過了25嵗每年的效率會發生15-20%的減幅!這位先生還說這是行内廣爲人知的“定律“當然我們一般的人肯定 不曉得還有這樣的事實。當然,人老了也就是如此,各方面的功能的衰退是正常的,但說實話,人家說得那麽“科學”卻讓我不寒而慄,這樣未免太功利了吧?那不 是意味著,這些女生吃的青春飯也只有三年的保質期。這還是以人爲本的和諧社會嗎? addthis_url = ‘http%3A%2F%2Fpeijinchen.com%2Fblog%2F2006%2F07%2F04%2F%25e7%25b5%25a6%25e5%25a4%2596%25e7%25b1%258d%25e4%25ba%25ba%25e5%25a3%25ab%25e7%259a%2584%25e4%25bf%25a1%25e6%2581%25af%25e6%259c%258d%25e5%258b%2599%25e7%2586%25b1%25e7%25b6%25ab%25e7%25b5%25a6%25e7%259a%2584%25e4%25b8%2580%25e4%25ba%259b%25e2%2580%259c%25e5%2595%2593%25e7%2599%25bc%25e2%2580%259d%2F’; addthis_title = ‘%E7%B5%A6%E5%A4%96%E7%B1%8D%E4%BA%BA%E5%A3%AB%E7%9A%84%E4%BF%A1%E6%81%AF%E6%9C%8D%E5%8B%99%E7%86%B1%E7%B6%AB%E7%B5%A6%E6%88%91%E7%9A%84%E4%B8%80%E4%BA%9B%E2%80%9C%E5%95%93%E7%99%BC%E2%80%9D’; addthis_pub = ”;
