Over 10,000 auditors at work on earthquake relief items/donations?

That’s what an article from Netease says. People are worried about where their donations go/went, so now there’s a whole army of accountants/auditors to make sure that the whole process is transparent and every fen is accounted for. Well, let’s hope that it works. The article says that this is the first time this kind of process has been done in China (which probably means that before, it was done after the fact) while the donations are still going on. Definitely a piece of news to keep tabs on…Technorati Tags: china, earthquake, relief, donations, charity, floods, rain, disaster, nature, news, guangzhou, guangdong, guangxi
